We held back these wines to let them age longer to create a super special wine experience with all three. Have them separately, or let them pair perfectly throughout your evening.

Gulf Island Vermouth, 2023

Fresh citrus, lightly herbal, mouth watering and so delish! Pour over ice with a twist and get your evening started with this beautiful vermouth.

Our friend and chef, Josh Blumenthal of Oxeye, hand foraged the botanicals in this vermouth on Galiano Island, including grand fir tips, pine pollen, chamomile, nettle, and arbutus bark. We also sourced citrus from The Garden on Salt Spring Island. This is truly a Gulf Island wine and so so special. We will never make this again. Get it while you can!

Pinot Noir, Starling Lane Vineyard, 2023

Single Vineyard Pinot Noir from Vancouver Island. Aged in Amphora made from Salt Spring Island clay, dug from our vineyard.

Red cherries and wild strawberries. Perfect for a holiday meal. Only 180 bottles produced.

This wine is so special to us because we aged it in an Amphora that our friends at Twin Island Cider made for us from clay we dug from our Salt Spring Island Vineyard. The grapes were farmed organically by us on Vancouver Island. We fermented them whole cluster and then foot treaded them to get more juice out before aging for a full 14 months in amphora and stainless steel tank. Hand bottled, and hand labeled a few weeks ago.

Gamay Pet Nat, 2023

Bubbly, pink, and perfect to round out the evening. Pop this special bottle of fizz and celebrate the night away with friends and family.

Such a fun wine. Made from gamay grapes organically farmed by us on the Saanich Peninsula. The wine is bottled while still fermenting to finish in bottle producing bright little bubbles. Aged on its fine lees for 14 months and hand disgorged and labeled by hand a few weeks ago.
