Made with organically farmed 2022 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Gewürztraminer, & Vidal grapes from Okanagan Valley, BC, rehydrated in water. Organic BC honey and low sulphur added at bottling for naturally sparkling good times. Natural fermentation, low intervention, nothing removed or added except listed ingredients.

Piquette Blanc 2021 CAN

Fizzy wine drink tastes like salty summer melons, honey & wildflowers.

Made from second-pressed organic Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, & Pinot Blanc grapes rehydrated with water and canned with organic honey for a spritzy splashy bubble party. Natural fermentation, low intervention, nothing removed or added except listed ingredients.

Piquette Rosé 2021 CAN

Wild strawberries, roses, and watermelon are coming in hot with our natty spritzy summer Piquette rose.

Made from organic Pinot Gris & Cabernet Franc grape pomace, water, and organic BC honey, low sulphur. Natural fermentation, low intervention, nothing removed or added except listed ingredients.

Grapes & Apples Cider CAN

Dry, naturally sparkling cider tastes like its makers: organically grown Golden & Red Delicious Apples and floral, organically grown Gewürztraminer.

This cider is special because it was fermented on Gewurztraminer skins and then can-conditioned using Red Delicious juice that we froze over winter and added just before canning for a natural secondary fermentation. Very difficult to accomplish; very yummy.
