Brambling blackberries. Complex, yet light & lighted. Balanced acidity and tannins, this elegant Cabernet Sauvignon co-fermented with a splash of juicy Merlot.

Made from an organically farmed vineyard in OK Falls, BC.

• Pressed into neutral French oak barrels to rest over winter
