Blackberry, dark cherry, and wild strawberry notes in this expressive, yet light and fun co-ferment.

Organic Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grapes from the Okanagan Valley; 3-days maceration before pressing into a stainless steel tank to élevage over winter; unfined, unfiltered; nothing added except trace sulphur. 200 cases made.

Rich-bodied from barrel fermentation and lees stirring, creamy with a fresh Meyer Lemon and crunchy minerality.

Organic Pinot Blanc from Lilypond Vineyard in OK Falls; direct pressed into neutral oak 500L puncheons; lees stirring; no fining, filtering, or additives except low sulphur. 100 cases made.
